Yearly Website and Post Checkup
So…
I’d be surprised if anyone still checks this website. If you do, pat yourself on the back and brag about yourself to your buddies.
Anyway the pronouns for Vulpine have gone from “we” to “me.” It’s just the owner on the team (or just me). Everyone either gave up or got too lazy to work on the projects.
Before you freak out…
Radispook IS NOT ABANDONED!
Ok we can breathe now, don’t worry about Radispook being discarded or abandoned. Things are a little harder when you switch to a new engine and it’s just you in the big scary world of a new development environment. I sold my soul to make sure this game gets out. However the release date has stretched a little closer to the heat death of the universe. How is that for a unit of measurement? I’m American and I refuse to use anything remotely close to the metric or imperial system. Might as well measure the release date in fortnites or lightyears.
Jokes aside, things have gone from bad to worse but this has all been a big learning experience on my end. Trying to balance adulthood alongside game development, college, and therapy has become a bit of a juggle. I’m not gonna sugar coat the fact that I let you all down multiple times, that’s mostly on me. Anyway, I would be too powerful if I had an attention span so I got ADHD to counteract my wacky ass ideas n shit. However theres always a workaround for anything.
This is the part where I say I am working on another project thats smaller and may potentially abandon the idea. However, this statement is true as I am working on something on the side. I really don’t want to fuck up Radispook for a second time, I need the experience and time to find that sweet spot for the game.
Also, I am doing a bit of house-keeping on the website and forums as people who belong in a padded cell have been annoying as shit to deal with but hopefully thats out of the way for a while. Also the forums should be back open for logins. That is all I have to say really, gone are the days of fancy website blogs and in with the quirky ass text walls from yours truly. Also, I can publicly swear now since this isn’t the last website where I made games.
